Homeboy Sandman keeps raising the bar with every release, and his new album Dusty is pure testament to that. He playfully details some personal insights with a tongue-in-cheek performance over the upbeat production courtesy of Mono En Stereo. The producer laces him with a somewhat catchy horn-driven beat peppered by a classic drum break to complete the mission. As usual, Sandman keeps the listener engaged with his plethora of flows and, of course, profound lyrics.
For the visuals, he recruits Paul Stevenson who accentuates Sandman’s lyrics using performance-focused shots and crisp smooth transitions that display the rapper in different scenarios.
