‘Rock Season’ Is Upon Us: Bubba Rock Drops His Latest Album

Bubba Rock just dropped his album Rock Season! It’s a cold piece of work too. The single “Rock Season Freestyle” was an intriguing warm up for the project. When I heard the first few bars, it resonated with me on a deep level. Bub Rock’s lyrics are genuine and relatable. The album is every bit as alluring. Hip hop enthusiasts must respect what he’s bringing to the table. The production is superior with bars to match. All the right nuances are in play to make this a memorable body of work. As I stated before, Bub Rock’s sound is reminiscent of Jay-Z at the peak of his career, but he has his own style and delivery that flows so flawlessly. It’s reassuring to hear artists bringing new music that reflects the culture well. His wordplay is so descriptive it gives listeners detailed imagery.

The album production is super dope and versatile. He has a crazy line-up of amazing producers such as Artivist, Ecto, Fifth, AP, Wavy Da Ghawd, The StandOuts, The Historian, Seth Silensir, Jlvsin, Don Carrera and Giallo Point. Each producer created a track that is an audible delight and the makings of some nostalgic hip hop. The sounds mesh well with Bub Rock who has a powerful presence on his songs. This is a cohesive project with stimulating delivery and engaging content. I look forward to hearing more from this artist. There are 14 songs on Rock Season, and it’s hard to narrow down favorites. However, I have “Rock Season Freestyle”, “Pink Lo Mein”, “Familia”, “Seasons” and “Cold Summer” on repeat! The album features a few hot artists to look out for in namely Rome Streetz, Broz and Codenine! Each feature brings mad energy and competitive bars!

Rock Season definitely highlights Bub Rock’s growth as an artist. He is well on his way to taking his career to the next level! The whole project is one hip hop enthusiasts should add to the collection. Bundle up, cause it’s Rock Season!
