Solomon Childs and Tone Spliff dropped a dope full animation video for their new single “True Definition”. The track is from their upcoming collaborative album ‘The Prophet and the King’. This video stars Solomon as a samurai who is given the task from Tone to “retrieve the grind”. The animation was directed by Dewald De La Rey, and produced by E.I.E Productions. The video was different in a good way and I can see anime fans enjoying it. “True Definition” is a nice warm up as we wait for the December 7th release date of the full project.
Pre-Order ‘The Prophet and the King’ Now:
Both Solomon and Tone have been working on a lot of solo material before they decided to come together for their upcoming album. Solomon has dropped some greatsingles, including our premiere of his last track “The Only Way”. And Tone’s last full body work was ‘Ardore Melodico’, which dropped late August. I’m interested to hear what Solomon and Tone came up with for this joint effort because the roster of guests who will be featured on the project is already worth looking forward to. Some of these guest appearances include Inspectah Deck, Rockness Monsta, Sadat X, Conway, Realio Sparkzwell, Recognize Ali, Sav Skillz, Mazzi and Stryfe. Pre-orders are currently available on bandcamp for digital download, and for limited CD copies that will be distributed internationally.
